At Narrative, I bring together my two biggest obsessions: People and processes. I love a coaching conversation just as much as a good Excel spreadsheet and love solving complex challenges that require both an analytical and big-picture view. I've coached hundreds of people through personal and professional transformation, supported leaders through difficult challenges, and helped organisations build cultures where people genuinely thrive.

I love working with companies that put people first, but I know that despite the best intentions, things can sometimes go wrong. That's why I come with zero judgement, with one mission: to help you (and your organisation) thrive.
