I believe that people do their best work when they love what they do, in an environment where they thrive.

I love working with organisations that put people first, but also know that despite the best intentions, things can sometimes go wrong. Through years of leadership coaching, I realised that there are often different sides of the same story, and I wanted to solve this challenge.

At Narrative, I bring together my two biggest obsessions: People and processes. I love a coaching conversation just as much as a good Excel spreadsheet and I believe that through a holistic, people-centred approach, you can solve complex challenges that really lead to sustainable change.
